Partners with the Illinois Department of Juvenile Justice to create and facilitate the Daily Reporting Center for Boys and Girls. This program is designed to develop a comprehensive approach as the youth returns home from the Illinois Department of Juvenile Justice.

Offers Credit Recovery to all districts in the coverage area and it is provided via on-line instruction. Students who have failed courses required for graduation, can be referred to TAP for Credit Recovery, contact school's guidance counselor.

Referred youth may be victims of abuse, neglect, exploitation, violence, emotionally disturbed, behavioral disorder, runaways, homeless, alleged delinquents who do not require a secure setting or any youth in similar crisis situations that may place them at risk.

The program often partners with area schools to provide presentations, educational curriculum, and resources to prevent bullying, dating violence, suicide, physical aggression, and delinquency among youth.

- Alcohol Use Disorder Education/Prevention

- Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention

Additionally, youth enrichment programs are offered to promote healthy social interaction and help participants maximize their social, emotional, physical, and academic potential. Topics include bullying and cyber bullying, protective behaviors, making and keeping friends, study skills and organizations, anger management, conflict resolution, and tolerance and diversity.
