Meets with clients to discuss Senior Living services for a family member, loved one, or friend. Discusses the options from Independent Living, Assisted Living, Supportive Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing.

Agency staff are not affiliated with any Senior Living Community; will only discuss services available.  Staff will not make recommendations on any specific community, but may assist with scheduling tours and advises clients of the tools needed and questions to ask when touring a community.  If requested, AgeLinc's Director of Development may accompany clients on tours.

Provides older adults, seniors, caregivers, and families with finding any type of senior housing. Advisors refer to supportive businesses and organizations such as elder law attorneys, ombudsman, counselors, home care agencies, APS, Medicare experts, etc. Advisors offer referrals for independent living, assisted living, retirement living, senior living apartments, Alzheimer's care, memory care, dementia care, CCRCs, skilled nursing facilities (nursing homes), home care services, home services, rehabilitation, group homes, and emergency placement based on the needs of the client. 

Provides a resource for information regarding nursing homes, home health agencies and assisted living units in the State of Iowa.

Offers rental education workshops, pre-purchase home buying counseling, and financial education workshops.
