Upper Explorerland Regional Housing Authority

The Board will consider both owner-occupied and rental properties, with loan details varying depending on the applicant’s situation, as detailed in the program guidelines.

Ogle County Housing Authority
Properties are located in Oregon, Polo, and Forreston. Rent is based on 30% of the applicants income with a minimum rent of $50 per month. There are also established ceiling rents, so depending on the size of the apartment, the rent will not go over a certain amount.
