Open to those facing barriers to employment, housing, transportation, and self-sufficiency. Funds can be given out to help those in need of car repairs, car registration and insurance, rent, utilities, cell phone reactivation/additional minutes, transportation accounts through HIRTA, UpLand, or the purchase of a bike. Other financial needs to maintain employment will be reviewed by a case by case basis. 

Provides assistance in determining eligibility and filing for veteran benefits, including burial benefits. These services include completion of forms, referrals, follow-up services, and other assistance. Temporary financial assistance may be available for rent or mortgage, utilities/propane, gas, and food.

Cross Outreach is a homelessness prevention program offering limited assistance with basic needs for households in transition, subject to available funding. Services include help with rent, security deposits, electric or water bills, laundry vouchers, storage costs, and support for moving-related needs. While assistance with car gas is not provided, the program also offers resources to help individuals maintain clean and sanitary living environments. ***Rent, security deposits, electric, water and laundry voucher assistance requires clients to email a help request on the 3rd Monday of every month between 8 am-8 pm.

Offers one time financial assistance to individuals and families experiencing a crisis that has caused a homeless or near homeless situation. Stability assistance can be used for past due rent, past due utilities, or propane (depending on county). Assistance is available sporadically and only when funding is available.

Provides assistance on a temporary basis for a limited time for basic needs. Help may include rent/lot rent, interest on mortgage, utilities-gas, electric, water, possible prescription medication costs, burial assistance, and food vouchers for clients who are unable to work. Cannot be on Subsidized Housing, a student, receive Social Security, or a Veteran.

Provides help with rent and rent deposit assistance. Can also help with financial counseling. 

Provides emergency general relief, including rent and utility assistance, medical expense assistance and food vouchers when available. Also helps with Veteran benefits, Veteran Compensation and Pension Benefits and burial benefits. This service is offered to legal residents, indigent individuals, honorably discharged Veterans, their spouses, widows, and dependent children.

Services include assistance for homeless prevention and moving out of homelessness; basic needs assistance (rent and utilities); gas vouchers, car repairs, and other transportation assistance; and prescription assistance. Must be referred by a case manager.
