Affordable housing for persons with serious and persistent mental illness.  Offers apartment buildings, duplexes and staffed shared living throughout Davenport and Bettendorf. Services are available for tenants as part of the supported rental program.  All eligible clients may receive Vera French Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) support services including case management, community support day programs, crisis intervention service, and tenant counseling and assistance.  Some housing assistance programs require a person to be homeless or in danger of becoming homeless as defined by Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
