Eligibility
Open to individuals who live in Champaign County, be low-Income based on family household income (see website for specifics), must be enrolled at an accredited post-secondary school, college, or vocational institute for the Fall when applications are open but have NOT already completed a bachelor’s degree, must be a part-time or full-time student, applications will be scored based upon academic information (Grade-Point Average), quality of the essay, community involvement, confirmation of viewing the required video training, and application itself
