Open to adults ages 18 and older, must be a county resident, must meet income guidelines, and not receiving SSI, Social Security, FIP, or cannot be a Veteran, cannot be on Subsidized Housing
Required documents
Financial statements, photo ID, social security card, verification of food assistance, two job searches, verification of registration with IowaWorks, current bills, for those unable to work a statement completed by doctor and verification of applying for SSI/SS
