Clients who are covered by All Kids/Medicaid Insurance must present verification of insurance

$20.00 administration fee per vaccine for those children who un-insured or under-insured per the VFC guidelines; Clients whose insurance does not cover immunization or the child is uninsured can pay by cash or check; Check insurance plans for coverage prior to scheduling; No client will be refused due to inability to pay
