Offers a free clinic that provides illness or minor injury care, well child exams, sports, school and employment physicals, immunizations, chronic disease management, diabetes, blood glucose and high blood pressure testing and patient assistance program enrollment. Chiropractic Care is offered the 4th Monday of each month. Physical Therapy is offered on the 2nd Monday of each month.
